Love Monkey is a collaborative effort by two highly talented artists. Andrea Campbell, author of eleven nonfiction books on a variety of subjects—forensic science, criminal law and entertaining—decided to indulge her creative writing gene and wrote the text for Love Monkey.

After realizing her story had fantastic visual potential, she contacted Pam Forcht, a photoshop artist. The illustrations for the book were put together using actual digital photographs of monkeys, and then manipulated with props and scenery to bring them to life.
